BASIC RATE:
Case Preparation, Review of Records, Investigation, Testing, Evaluation,
Assessment, Analysis, Reports, and Consultation is billed at $350.00 per hour.
COURT:
Deposition is billed at $350.00 per hour.
Trial Testimony is billed at $350.00 per hour:
OR
Half Day Flat Rate is billed at $1,400.00.
Full Day Flat Rate is billed at $2,800.00.
TRAVEL:
Travel Time is billed at $75.00 per hour.
Travel Expenses (Airfare, Hotel, Ground Transportation, Parking, etc.) are billed AT
COST.
RETAINER:
Standard Retainer is billed at $2,000.00; to be paid in advance prior to initiation of any services. Retainer is deducted from first invoice.
