Cancellation and Substitution Policy

  1. Cancellations
    1.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by the Organizer no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled course start date in order to be eligible for a refund.
    1.2. Cancellations received less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled course start date are not eligible for any refund, and the full course fee will remain payable.
  2. Substitutions
    2.1. Participant substitutions may be permitted at the sole discretion of the Organizer, provided that a written request is submitted in advance and approved in writing.
    2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to decline any substitution request.
  3. General Provisions
    3.1. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.
    3.2. All communications regarding cancellations or substitutions must be sent to the designated contact address provided in the course registration materials.
